Enphase is a leader in micro-inverters, so I was surprised to read some negative reviews on here. My installer suggested that when dealing with Enphase, it's best to go through the installers since installers have the long-term relationship as direct customers of Enphase. Thus Enphase has the greatest incentive to be responsive. My system has been operating only a few weeks, and so far so good.
i have 36 Qcells 480W PVs with 36 IQ8H Microinverterss. it's a beautiful system, very very happy with my system and IQ8H microinverters are fantastic, its been running since May 2023, flawless without any issues! I also love the iOS enphase app, i track and look at it sometimes several times within the day. Thanks Enphase team for high quality IQ8H microinverter and the fantastic iOS app.

Worst customer service, never answer, been waiting almost a month to get a tech out to fix an issue. At this point im ready to file a lawsuit, for not follow contract on their part. I'm paying for solar panels and light bill. Solar panels always seem to have an issue and never produced energy, because there's always an issue and no tech to fix it.
Seems the Enphase customer service playbook is to gaslight customers by attributing all problems to "shading" before doing any real assessment. 5 weeks after system turn-on, one of my panels dropped to 62% production compared to the surrounding panels. Their final disposition was that "the panel is only slightly underperforming due to shading and the system is fine". Perhaps it is possible that a tree can cast a shadow the shape of Spongebob that exactly covers and effects only 1 panel in an array of 24, however, I wasn't buying it. It is infuriating how the Enphase reps actually seem to believe this is the most likely explanation. My installer eventually swapped inverters which confirmed an issue with the panel (not the inverter). 3 weeks later, rinse and repeat... same issue with another panel. Same gaslighting from Enphase. I assume the installers go through Enphase as a first stop for troubleshooting. Maybe the installer is also to blame for accepting the robo-response from Enphase when reason and logic say otherwise.
While Enphase may be a decent system, their customer service / technical support is HORRIBLY lacking. On 2 separate occasions I reached out to technical support, calling an issue to their attention through email, and attaching screenshots of the events both times. The replies I received back were incompetent and incomprehensible to say the least. Both times, the emails advised of different answers not even related to my issue while also requesting pictures / screenshots be sent. It's like they didn't even read the email but just guessed at what it said. One time, they sent me back screenshots that they said I sent to them that who knows where they got them from but it wasn't from me. Furthermore, should they go into your Enphase account, best of luck with them leaving it the same as they found it - I had to go in a reset multiple custom parameters after they accessed it without my authorization or permission. There's nothing any worse than calling an issue to technical supports attention, them not addressing the issue, and creating more issues in the process. Again, HORRIBLE customer service / technical support. While this is not a recommendation, one might honestly be better off just winging it from a YouTube DIY video for all the help they provide. In summary, the frustration they cause definitely isn't worth the service they fail to provide!
