We have had NOTHING but problems with this company! customer service is horrible at best. System not generating, told don't worry about it, we have insurance to pay you back...NOT true! come to find out some panels NEVER PLUGGED IN...after months of complaints. NOW a pannel flew off roof....third week and still can't can't get them out here. Had appintment today between 7 and 10 AM....Its 1PM still no show or call and customer service says, yes you are scheduled???????????? STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!

Do not do business with them. They have the worst customer service. There is a whole FB page full of people who have had horrible experiences with them.
Buyer beware! This company does not care about its customers. They do not return phone calls and take forever to address issues, if they even do. Just check their rating on the BBB website!
Sunnova is atrocious. You cant reach a manager when you call. Their customer service is effectively useless. Once install is "complete" they leave you high and dry, even though they contract for a 25 year warranty and roof leak guarentee. Sunnova's installer failed to complete my install, I informed sunnova yet they still paid them and are now illegally trying to force me to pay for services not received. Sunnova is literally harassing me and my family (who isnt even on the contract at all). This company is an absolute scam! Not sure what happened to their bad reviews but I suspect the good ones are mostly fake. Please save yourself and do not go with Sunnova, there are thousands who have been scammed. Their CEO started at Enron and has continuously opened fraudulent business after business. Disgusting.
Loved the experience from the salesperson to the install crew. I love saving money on my electric bill and their highly rated panels provide us with safe, efficient, clean energy.
