LA Solar Group

LA Solar has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promised to begin installation in 1 month but it ended up being 9 months. They harassed me late at night by phone, showed up unannounced and without any notice at my gate at 10:30 PM. Multiple times they randomly appeared at my gate to drop off materials after I told them not bring materials until it was time to install. When they finally set an installation date, the materials appeared with no crew to install. After the installation it took another 5 months to get the system approved by the power company. Then 3 months later I began having problems with microinverters. It's now been 6 months and they haven't fixed the problem. In fact, they have sent me to one person after another by email and text, but no one addresses the problem. I was finally told to buy some new panels, I politely said it would be nice to get the ones I have working. Last week they finally had an appointment set and at the end of the day they notified me they were not coming. This has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to an enemy.

La solar group was very professional from the sales team to the customer support team and inspection meetings with the inspector.

Just finished installing my solar system with La solar. It is impressive how fast and organized the process was. Especially want to mention Sona's excellent customer service and how detailed she was guiding us through all steps. We were new to solar system but with LA solar were able to gain all the knowledge and learn about all the options before we chose the ones we needed. Definately recomend.

I would highly recommend LA Solar Group to those who are interested in getting a solar system. The prices are good and the quality of the panels and service is excellent! My sales consultant is Zaven Sarkisyan, who is very professional and is able to answer every question related to solar industry! The project manager and the installation staff are great! Very satisfied with their service, the product and the system maintenance!

Ara assigned Albert in sales to help facilitate my purchase of 2 Panasanoic Evervolt Panels to add to my existing 17 panel system installed in July 2019, which really made my day! Albert replied to all my questions, which was really great! Even though their previous sales person had told me I had to purchase LA Solar Black on Black brand panels, they made it possible for me to add on Panasonic, which matches my existing SolarEdge / Panasonic panel system. I was contacted then by Jasmine to help schedule the installation (Jasmine is super helpful and very responsive, btw!). Working with Albert and Jasmine, I noticed the significantly improved communication, coordination, and process, which I highly appreciate and value as a customer. Today, Herbert and Chris came to install the 2 add on panels which took a bit more time than expected since the racking system is different from what they use for LA Solar brand panels. However, they were able to resolve that. The only issue now which they could not finish in today's visit (due to time) is having their team return to resolve my cellular connectivity which is down again, and needs to be replaced by an Ethernet connection, something I had requested 1 year ago when the 3G network went down in June 2022, but they had installed a new cellular kit instead. So in order to see my network online or on the app, the celluluar connectivity has to be restored.

Big Shout out to the whole Team at LA Solar!! They did an amazing job from completing the contracts with Albert (5 stars) down to completing the job with excellent customer service from the workers who did the installation and the cleanup. Simply Impressive and impeccable customer service! I highly recommend LA Solar to all my friends and family! Great People! The value that it brings to our lives I'm sure will come with great reward! We hope to see a great return on our investment into saving our grid. The pricing for the Solar Panels was so easy to fit into our budget which made our decision to purchase even more easy. Hands down LA Solar is the way to save on your utility bills for life! Thanks again.
